1. Child Protection and Safety
The minimum age to use Bermuda is 18 years old. Minors are not permitted to use the platform.
Bermuda prioritizes the protection of minors and strictly prohibits any inappropriate behavior involving them.
During the signup process, we clearly provide guidance regarding the minimum age requirement (18 and above) and strictly prohibit minors from creating accounts.
- If a user under the age of 18 is found violating this age restriction, their account will be immediately suspended.
- Suspended users will no longer be able to access Bermuda, and any attempts to bypass the suspension will also be subject to penalties.
- All inappropriate content, conversations, or behavior targeting minors are strictly monitored and may result in legal action.
Bermuda aims to foster safe and respectful interactions exclusively between adult users to maintain a trustworthy community where all users can engage with confidence.
2. Requests for Protecting Minors
- If you come across a user who appears to be a minor, please report them immediately.
- Do not use or upload photos of children or minors, even if they are childhood pictures of yourself, as your profile picture or in any other context.
3. Prohibited Content for Child Protection and Safety
The following types of content (including profiles, photos, and all visual material) are strictly prohibited:
1) Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Content or behavior that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of children (including real minors, infants, or non-realistic depictions with human-like characteristics). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexual Acts:
- Explicit sexual intercourse or oral sex (defined as mouth or genitals in contact with another person's genitals or anus, with visible genitals or anus).
- Implied sexual intercourse or oral sex (even if contact is not directly visible or imminent).
- Stimulation of genitals or anus (even if not directly visible or imminent).
- Any of the above involving animals.
- Content combining children with sexual elements:
- Restraints
- Signs of arousal
- Focus on genitals or anus
- Presence of an aroused adult
- Use of sex toys or objects for sexual stimulation, gratification, or abuse
- Sexualized costumes
- Stripping
- Staged environments (e.g., on a bed) or professionally shot images (quality/focus/angles)
- Open-mouth kissing
- Stimulation of nipples or squeezing of breasts (excluding breastfeeding)
- Presence of by-products of sexual activity
- Content involving children in a sexual fetish context.
- Content supporting, promoting, advocating, or encouraging participation in pedophilia (except for neutral discussions in medical or educational contexts).
2) Solicitation and Inducement
Any content that requests, depicts, or promotes sexual activities involving children, including:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Nude imagery of real or non-real children
- Sexualized imagery of real or non-real children
- Content soliciting sexual encounters with children
3) Inappropriate Interactions
Content that facilitates or constitutes inappropriate interactions with children:
- Planning or arranging real-world sexual encounters with children
- Intentionally exposing children to sexually explicit language or materials
- Engaging in implicitly sexual conversations with children in private messages
- Requesting or obtaining sexual materials from children in private messages
4) Exploitative Intimate Imagery and Sextortion
Behavior involving the exploitation of children, such as:
- Coercing money, favors, or intimate imagery by threatening to expose real or non-real intimate imagery or information
- Sharing or threatening to share private sexual conversations or real/non-real intimate imagery
- Any acts or threats based on such exploitation
5) Child Nudity
Content depicting real or non-real nudity of children, defined as:
- Close-ups of genitalia (real or non-real)
- Nude infants, showing:
- Visible genitalia (even if covered by transparent clothing)
- Fully exposed buttocks or anus in close-ups
- Nude minors, showing:
- Visible genitalia (even if obscured by pubic hair or transparent clothing)
- Fully exposed buttocks or anus in close-ups
- Uncovered female nipples
- No clothing from neck to knees (even if genitals or female nipples are not visible)
6) Non-Sexual Abuse of Children
Content depicting non-sexual abuse of children:
- Images or videos of real or non-real non-sexual child abuse (excluding depictions in art, cartoons, movies, or video games)
- Content praising, supporting, promoting, or encouraging participation in non-sexual abuse of children
4. Systems for Child Protection and Safety
Bermuda enforces its CSAM policies by removing violative accounts and leveraging AI-driven automated systems and dedicated review teams to detect potential violations. Key enforcement measures include:
- Immediate Penalties for Violators:
- Violative content is removed instantly, and violators are subjected to immediate penalties.
- Proactive Prevention:
- AI systems actively monitor for harmful content uploaded by users and enforce sanctions upon detection.
Bermuda actively utilizes user reports and automated technologies to maintain a safe community. If you encounter suspicious activities, please report them immediately through the designated reporting system.
